We all knew what we were getting into when we did this, and i completely trust my roommate not to try and skip out or anything. And his BF is going into this purely as an investment. We are thinking 6 years, give the market some time to recover, and then we sell the house, and do what we want from there, wether we go in again, or go our own separate ways.
