i am at a different location for my work, doing training at head office. due to the different environment and being incredibly tired from the 8 hours of crazy information overload, i forgot my jacket in the room. not a problem, we would use the same room the next day and everyone at head office is not likely to want a jacket or anything inside of it.
this couldnt of been more wrong. when i got there i of course found my jacket waiting for me in the same place i left it so i ignored it and went through my day. i slept on the bus ride home so i didnt even bother looking for it.
when i got home i wanted to charge it since i knew the battery power would be low. when i checked my pockets i realized it was gone. i knew i had put it in there and that i had listened to it the day before so i checked yesterdays pants, the backpack i wore and other locations but sure enough, some **** stole it.
ill report it to my trainer tomorrow at head office and see what happens. but it really wasnt a huge loss since it was old generation software, it was dieing, and the ipod itself really sucks. not a good find even for a thief, and i hope it explodes and destroys his ear drums.
so i wonder what i should do now. do i want to bother buying a new mp3 player and if so what kind. i wont buy apple again, i was not impressed with any part of my journey into the apple brand. i think i may just not even bother to replace it since i havent even updated my music library in ages and i dont download enough music anymore. i dont carry around my psp or ds because its too expensive to replace.
any of you lost/got stolen something like this?
