How do i get them,and what are they for?

this belongs in the tech support forum, and again you could of easily avoided it by doing a search in there. there is about 3 dozen topics in there regarding rep.

additionally the faq you where given has some info regarding it so please follow our advice when we give it, it usually is for your benefit if you do.
please, enough with the new posts. do some research first before you make a new post. i can garentee nearly everything you need to know has already been explained somewhere. use the search feature and im sure youll find it.
