Yep it's once again that time for "Spike TVs Crappy Video Game Awards" the 2007 version. For those of you who don't know, it takes place this Saturday, so set up your recording devices and what have you. It's time to see which game company paid the most to get an award. Maybe Sam Jackson will host again, who knows.

I watched the first one, just to see what it was about.
Never... Again...
They filmed this back in October/Early November is why.Honestly, why is Galaxy not even nominated for best game?

More awards? Lemme guess, Guitar Hero 3 gets the award for best ORIGINAL sound track, no one bothers to mention David Hayter at all for voice acting (hell, any of the MGS people), and Sam Jackson yells a lot again.Comment

Call of Duty 4 gets Best Game of All Time, Any Time, Ever, Seriously Dude Award.
Halo 3 gets Best Multiplayer Game of the Year Award.
Madden 08 gets Best Sports Game of the Year Award.
Madden 09 gets Best Sports Game Not Yet Made Award.
Assassin's Creed gets Most Awesome Assassin Award.
Mass Effect gets Most Boring Elevator Loading Scenes Award.
also gets Best Lesbian Sex Scene Award.
Super Mario Galaxy gets Best Game, If You're a Girl, Award.
Portal gets Dude I'm So Drunk This Game is So Hard Screw This Award.

So I watched this last night while playing Monster Hunter with Manji. Ranted and gave everyone who was listening a play-by-play. The only games that I can see as "out of the nominations I can see that" were Game of the Year and Best Shooter (Bioshock and Call of Duty 4).
Really this was a HORRIBLE show though (no suprise), even the first one was better than this scream-fest. Samuel (sp?) Jackson couldn't deliver a joke if his life depended on it. Even so, MIYAMOTO IS HIGH LAWLAWLAWL.

and 15 minutes of advertisements in between awards...
Oh, and "Most Addicting Game" SPONSERED BY MOUNTAIN DEW
