    Pavilion fit club

I'm sure I'm not the only one who's making a resolution about getting into better shape, but I really don't know a good idea for running a thread about it. Lemme just ask this...anyone making "getting in shape" resolutions? What are your goals?

Right now I'm at around 197 and I'm looking to get down to 195. I started at 201 in mid December, so I already have a bit of a head start. I'm going to try to stick to healthy meals for at least 2 of the 3 meals of the day and get at least an hour of excercise a day. I'm also going to try to get at least 7 hours of sleep a day.

Yeah I've been drinking a little too much. It has added a bit of weight and a bit of depression. So I want to lose a bit of weight and gain a bit of happiness. I want to get back into walking and try not to drink as frequently. I only need to lose about 10 lbs to get back to my normal weight (Im at 185 now, 175 is what I'm at when I feel healthy).

I eat pretty healthy already, so drinking and sloth is all that added on my lbs. I plan on walking at least once a day, and only drinking on weekends with friends.

      Good luck to you, Kire.

          Joke #1
I am going to try making about 2000 posts a day to keep up my finger strength. I want my finger muscles to bulge out.

Who needs shape when you just hang out online all day?

Nah, I have been in pretty good shape. I did weights in school until this year when I went homeschooled, and still stay in shape, even more so, now that I am a cart pusher. I havn't benched in a while, but I got up to 180 so I think I am good.

My job is my exercise, I lift 40lb bundles continuously for 12 hours straight, also I dont have time to eat so I only have 1 meal a day if that, when I started there I was 165, 7 months later I'm down to 138....that isn't healthy is it?

I weigh about 150. I think most of it is muscle though. You are really light.

I did resolve to lose weight this new year. I also resolved to celebrate the Chinese new year.

hey Kire if youre 197 and I'm 138, give me 29 lbs and we'll both be mid 160's, perfect weight

Somehow I feel that comment didn't really raise your self-esteem, but I'm sure it raised your motivation

Too bad it don't work that way...just think of all the obesity in the U.S. and all the poor Ethiopian children half a world away

I don't really do resolutions but I do want to get in better shape. Not really sure what that would entail though. There's parts of my body that need more weight like my legs, face, and spaghetti arms but my torso has gotten a little flabby. So if I lose weight I look even more scrawny or I gain weight and get tubby but probably still have bony arms. Also, I really don't know what I weigh. The last time I was weighed was at a Guess Your Weight booth at SeaWorld and it came up 219. I don't think there's any way that was accurate and it was almost a year ago now.

I never make New Years resolutions, but I'm about 130 now. I'd like to get up to about 150-160, but it probably won't happen.
