I've been in excess of 50 mph downhill. It is stable and tracks straight.

Damn, I didn't realize that the Pavilion had come back as early as March 2020. So much wasted time... oh well.

Oh, the things that have happened... for one thing, I've self-published several fantasy books via Amazon's KDP. I regularly do commissions for people to write... things... and so I can technically call myself a professional writer. I even have a patreon where I write... things...

The first half of 2019 sucked. Got evicted from my apartment, so my dad and I were homeless for most of the year. But I also got a job in June, and have worked there ever since. Got my apartment in December 2019... and HOO BOY did I dodge a bullet, because 2020 has been INSANE since January.

I'm also still trying my best to make a game project; this time with RPG Maker MV. And boy, if anyone here likes using RPG MV, then there's a particular script you've GOT to check out.

MV has many scripts worth checking out. Even a Chrono Trigger-like battle engine!

Being homeless sucks. I bet November sucked without shelter.

holy **** it's been a while since i've seen you all. it was kind of wild going through everyone's posts and seeing all the old names and what everyone's been up to. cheers to you all, and sorry to those who are going through hard times. feels like this year in particular has been tough for a lot of people.

i've been pretty fortunate with my work that COVID-19 and everything haven't affected my income really. but i've been put on home quarantine three times for whatever reasons: having been traveling for work when the pandemic first hit, and then being exposed twice to people who tested positive (never tested positive myself). i'm getting kind of stir crazy. but overall... since i was here last? a whole ****ing lot has happened. seen a bit of the world. had some good and bad times. nothing entirely life-altering i guess. would feel kind of weird to talk about all of it publicly, sorry, but i'm really happy to hear from you all.

off the top of my head one of the top 10 moments of the intervening time was riding around tokyo on a go kart dressed as raphael probably

Mostly stuff about dragons. fantasy novels about dragons, short stories about dragons...

Though I also do business frequently with furries/scalies... and I won't get more detailed than THAT.

My friend got the steering working on a custom car project we've been working on:

                          I helped design it.

My family just moved to an apartment in another town yesterday. My arms are kind of sore, and I got a few cuts after lifting a lot of heavy boxes and furniture. I know my younger brother, my dad, and my dad's friend all felt tired afterward. I'm hoping that this apartment turns out nice once we're fully situated in it.

It messed me up mentally more than I thought it did. Developed a smoking habit after that I'm still kicking, and am planning to finally leave New York City and hopefully buy a house like Maijo. I just split with the partner I was hoping to share that house with. I have a cat that makes my life miserable because she is not socialized and aggressive. The city sucks with the pandemic. I can go for my professional engineering license this year but I'm honestly done with the field and am trying to move to do other, actual math-based things instead of building construction.

I keep in touch with some folks here, and if I say so myself have become a pretty good guitarist. I've gotten a nose job and I perform in drag, wild to think that it's been ten years since I first posted that picture of me doing it a friend's house party. Because I'm not 'out' to my family about it, I don't divulge much info about it, but I probably will just rip off the band-aid and do if I make my goal of putting out some music this year.

Never got much into alcohol, but I've had some pretty wild nights on harder drugs that have ended in some, but thankfully not too much trouble, and am now, regrettably, settling into my 30s.

I'm glad to see everyone in general has a good life here. I'm especially glad you are still working through your identity in a positive way, Erika.

lmao, wow a lot changed. This post really just seems like the end of the first act in a three act play.

I miss collecting stuff, but now everything feels so scarce and expensive and shabby that there's not really a point to it. I did quit the smoking habit although I'll bum one on a night out every now and again. I stayed in New York City and I love it, I couldn't imagine living anywhere else now. Which is good cause like I'll never be able to afford a house, anyway! The partner I split with ended up in a psych ward after we broke up but I think she's married now. So am I. I fuckin love my cat, Joie, and cannot believe I wrote this about her back in 2020. I'm embarrassed! Never got my license, still work in construction.

I play guitar still, and got more surgery done on my face, and also got breast implants. I came 'out' to my family about my drag career, after my brother's sudden death in 2021, and was immediately disowned! Oh, also I'm trans, I changed my name to a character from a nightmare on elm street movie, and it fucking rules. I literally stop traffic when I walk outside sometimes, for good and bad reasons.

Finally, damn I'm actually a total boozehound now. I can feel myself starting to slow down with it but shortly after I posted this in 2020, I started dating a bartender (who I married), and I didn't even know what drinking was, it'd seem.
