Yes! The Michigan State Spartans just upset the Duke Blue Devils to advance to the Elite Eight in the NCAA Men's Basketball tourney! MSU is my favorite team (I probably should have went there). Now they might have to play Kentucky or Utah, most likely Kentucky. I'm just glad Duke lost, because they are always so c0cky and the officials tend to call games their way because they are an "established" school. But MSU is pretty "established" too, having won it all in 2000 and with six out of eight years being in the Sweet Sixteen.

And with that, resume your not caring.

It's always a possibility after a Spartan victory/defeat. You can be certain that there will be ample drunks in East Lansing within the hour, and that some of them will probably spend the night in a jail cell. MSU and U of M students are the most notorious binge drinkers in the nation, and that was determined by a high profile study, not to mention the fact that I've read of about four students between the two schools that have thrown themselves out of the dorm room windows and die while drunk.

I'm not really a fan of college basketball. I really don't like how the big schools recruit all the best HS players and just whoop on other teams. I mean, how many 70-45 outcomes on games can you watch before getting bored?

I hate basketball with a passion....its a sport for nancies. I will however support WVU upsetting #2 wake forest, and then beating texas texh to move onto the elite 8.

****, obviously you've never taken an elbow in the face by a 6-6 250lbs center, or dove after a loose ball, or taken a charge with your face.

I suppose that's alot nancier than getting knocked into some plexiglass... while wearing pads and a helmet.
