Re: Keyboard?
You'll either get used to typing text with a controller or you'll hate RPGM1 for it. I don't mind the lack of keyboard support, but others have quit using it because of such."What if like...there was an exact copy of you somewhere, except they're the opposite gender, like you guys could literally have a freaky friday moment and nothing would change. Imagine the best friendship that could be found there."

Re: Keyboard?
i've never used a keyboard for any RPG Maker (save the PC versions)...after a while you actually get pretty fast with a controller.Last edited by theonejanitor; 06-30-2006, 05:30 AM.

Nintendo-nitis (n): the condition of or resulting from playing Nintendo for several hours and getting a wicked cramp in your hand from holding the square controller and mashing your thumb to attempt to "get a little farther"Originally posted by DYREI have no idea what that was, but it seemed to be the worst pun I've ever seen.
...and since Playstation 2-itis sounds silly I went for the old classic.A God from the Machine - Menander

Re: Keyboard?
My hand never got tired from typing. And I created some lengthy cutscenes. Really, creating a game and controller-typing on RPGM1 become second nature."What if like...there was an exact copy of you somewhere, except they're the opposite gender, like you guys could literally have a freaky friday moment and nothing would change. Re: Keyboard?
...I think I have permanent indentions in my thumbs. Me and the guys working on our RM1 game are on our 8th scenario...
*pets thumbs lovingly*
But yeah, if someone EVER developed a keyboard that fed into a PS1 controller port... I'd pay LOTS of money for it. Seriously.Last edited by Lantis; 12-08-2006, 11:38 AM.
