I bought it legally from a sketchy booth at ComicCon which had dissapeared when I went back to it later. All the episodes have Cartoon Network's watermark on them, but the sound and picture quality are both good.

They're bootlegs.
There's a bunch on Ebay you can buy, fairly cheap too.

IMO, if there wasn't and isn't currently planned to be an official DVD release then bootlegs should not be illegal. Considering how sketchy the quality is on boots and the extras that official DVDs would likely include I don't think allowing them would kill the sales of an official release later.

I got a bootleg of Rescue Rangers. 1 year afterwards (and who knows how many since the bootleg came out), Disney finally released "Volume 1" of the show. Too bad it doesn't have any extras. The only difference between the bootleg and the official release is the official release has better picture quality, and it doesn't have the Toon Disney watermark.

Freakazoid was awesome. I really wish the show ran for more than 2 seasons (with only about 12 episodes each!). Earthworm Jim was an equally awesome show. I can't understand why they went off the air so prematurely. But I tell ya, if either of these came out on DVD (officially), I'd grab them on day 1.
