Advertising Other Sites
You cannot use the pavilion as a vehicle for promotion of other sites. Discussion, fine. Links in sig, fine. Intentionally directing traffic away from the pavilion? Not fine. Telling people on the pavilion that they should just go post somewhere else, not fine. Because of our past partnerships, the RPG Maker Magazine is not effected by this rule change.

I think this fits under "discussion".
the rule basically states that you cant go in existing topics and start promoting your site.
