It's been a long time, so it might be too late for this to matter. This is a "patched" version of the Spiteful Dead which I popped out in late 2003. It fixes some mortal bugs and balances the game more appropriately, so if you could, replace your existing copy with this one.

Game Information-
Robert Miguel—an ex-cop turned hopeless drunkard and hired-gun, is arrested and on trial for his latest job: an assassination attempt on his president. During his trial the courtroom is overrun by living-dead—a horrible scene of carnage that consequently allows Robert his freedom. Robert, and several others, must attempt an escape from the island metropolis of Belias—now a hellish city of the dead.
