i was wondering if you could make a pet charicter that you could train and take into battle with you.
you could train him (yousing varibles to unlock special attacks. and even make a minigame with them.
you could even make it so that if your pet dies its imposible to revive him.
he would not be able to use weapons but could have special items and some armor.

is it possible?

All of that is possible, but not necessarily easy.

Well, except for the "can't revive" clause. That is only possible if there is no way to revive characters in your game at all.
