Wall Surrounded Town
Need to make a BIG town surrounded by walls but you ran out of space? NO PROBLEM!! Ok, You can do practically the same thing using the Map Editor. Just open up your Town's Map database then change the "Snow" texture graphic to "Blank" now do the same thing with "Steep Slope" (NOTE: If you're making a snow town just change another texture (like the desert sands) to snow then lower your map's height. Next, build walls by changing the shape to Square (Triangle + \/) then just then change slope and peak to 100 (Square then press Right untill it reches 100 then press Up untill it reached 100) now you can easily build walls around your town without the hassle of making them in building editor and then discovering it's too big! I hope this helped you cuz it sure helped me when I made my town. (NOTE: I am sorry if someone else posted this and i didn't notice it.)

The Final Rune has a whole Map Making FAQ that includes many tricks like this one. His latest map demo has a nice walled city made with the map editor. It's cool that you figured this out on your own though.
