Setting Limitations

While this is kind of a moot point until we've picked the engine we're using, this is something to point out from the outset.

Sprites are hard to make. That's why we usually use pre-made sprites and such. As such, when proposing a setting besides generic high fantasy, it should be required that you either provide a copyright-free sprite set for us to use or make some of your own. Don't throw out any setting ideas unless you've got a solid idea for how exactly we're going to represent it.
