FFX - the FLASH?! (Auditions!)

So I need Voice Actors. F'reals this time. I have a script for the first episode. And I have Macromedia Flash 8. AND I have a working storyboard halfway done.

This episode only includes Tidus, Auron (SirTMagus wins by default), Rikku, and Wakka. Sound effects and others will be provided by me.

I'm going to do the audition thing over again since I recently switched computers and lost those soundfiles.

SO,

1. Pick a character you think you can do and read the line given as described:

Tidus (overly whiny, annoying, and hyperactive):

"Woo-hoo YEAH! Blitzball! I'm the star of the Zanarkand Abes and I'm ultra popular and super talented and TOTALLY better than my dad!" (run on sentence, speak in one breath)

Rikku (think Bubbles, from PowerPuff Girls):

"Anyone who gets attacked by Sin gets affected by *gasp* SIN'S TOXIN!"

Wakka (Ya, I'm fay-keen ah jah-may-cahn ahk-cent ya?):

"Nope, first you gotta go visit da temple and pray. Like dis ya?" *waves arms around*

2. Save it in .wav file format and send it to bpwrinn@gmail.com

3. ???

4. Profit!


Tips:

- Don't take this seriously. Have fun with it. This is about a game full of bad and awkward voice acting, so you're very much free to be really bad at it. If you need inspiration, watch Girlchan in Paradise on Newgrounds.com.

- If you're not sure about how to voice the line, give me 2-3 different versions to decide from.

- Don't be bashful. Go over the top. Record this where no one can hear you if you have to.

Well, if my sinuses clear up I'll record a voice or two because right now I sounds awful and if I managed to record some great voice like that it would be hard to replicate.

I have Magus signed on for Auron, and his bro Kefka for Tidus!

I need a good deep voice for Wakka (Hell, he doesn't have to have his accent, it could be any ridiculous accent. Fo real yo?)

And I need a good female voice for Rikku!

I think this would actually be pretty cool to be a part of, so I plan to audition for Wakka... maybe Rikku too! Holy crap that would be ridiculous. If any other parts are open I'd take a shot at those too.

Anyway I'm getting over a really bad sinus infection so there's no point recording my lines while I'm so congested. I'm looking at late this coming week, I think.
