Here's a basic rundown of what I'm working on and the various ideas I'm rolling around in my head. All games are for RPGM 1, since it's the only software I have.
Redemption (working title subject to change)
Release maybe late 2009 or sometime 2010. I stress maybe, and this is if I work fast.
My main project, started some really basic work on it maybe 5 years ago, but most of the work has been done in the last two years after finishing Demonslayers. I'm going to be posting a bunch of information on the game over the next few days or so. It's a fairly standard RPG, since I don't like a lot of very complex coding, but I hope to balance it out enough so it's actually fun to play and not too grindy. The game focuses quite a bit on using skills, it has a custom system for learning spells, and there's a variety of weaponry for each character. I'm considering putting in a simple alchemy system as well.
Sequel game.
A sequel to my main project. Naturally, this won't get started until after I do the main game. I am considering using the multiple system card trick with this game, and I'm planning on doing a story that spans several decades and which has multiple endings. Naturally, this will make it easier for me to code....
Terrin's Hunt
This game has a demo release. It's a game where you capture monsters and use them to fight, like Pokemon and it clones, though given RPG Maker's limitations, there's not a lot of different monsters. There's also an arena where you can fight for some prizes.
Anyway here's the basic story, which I kind of made up by accident. Monster hunting for arena fights has become popular in this world, but a bunch of elven extremists are opposed to it, and with their gnomish allies have begun to strike back at the humans and dwarves supporting the hunting. This is going to be a somewhat lighter game than the others I've worked on, while I'm not a huge fan of the sillier games in general, this game will probably be more tongue-in-cheek. Some of that can be seen in the demo (including things like an arena opponent named King Elvis, for example).
Cliche! The RPG
A satirical RPG which will try to cram in just about every last RPG cliche known to man. I expect it to be craptastic. I have a partial plot for this thing, but I'm not sure if I'll actually do it. It's mostly still an idea, and I want to get at least one or two good games out before I work on something like this.
