I'm new here and I just mainly got RPG maker as a past time. But I get stuck frequently and am such a noob towards RPG maker. I hope to really improve over time.

This community is actually very helpful, and we are just getting on our feet to expand the VX and XP sections of the RPGM Workshop. You seem like you would be very welcome here and I commend you on your grammar.

Yes. Welcome. I won't be any help whatsoever regarding building a game, but I might offer story advice, character development, and the like. There's many here who might help in that way, and it's just as important to a good RPG as building a town and developing interesting battle systems.
