    The Enemy Encounter System-
Since this game is more about exploring and finding the CORE Admins in the various headquarters, there will be no random encounters. At all. There will be various traps and hidden encounters all throughout the headquarter levels.
like for example, in the CORE's Biolabs (Where you fight Admin Ebon), there will be various poisonous enemies randomly scattered throughout the level.

I know what you mean by no random encounters, but come onnnnnn, word usage.

        Re: Cifer: The Awakening

Are you using Invisible Events to cause the battles when the player runs into them, then?

I'm doing this in my game (my RPG Project, not Perversion & Paper) as well and was just curious how well that was coming along for you.

Do you add choke points to make sure the player runs into a few battles along the way, or do you just add enough into a relatively tight layout that the player will probably hit a few? Or do you allow the player to (without even getting real lucky) make it through your dungeon with very few battles likely to be hit, and make them pay for not exploring by being underpowered when they hit a boss?

And how about once you beat a "random" event battle? Is it gone forever? Can you run right back into it?

Yeah, what's up with this? Did you momentarily think you were part of the Star Trek cast? Or maybe that you were Coldplay's The Scientist?

And ya still haven't answered my questions!

Hello, friends, I am back. After having problems in real life, and asshole friends tampering with my account, I was not on the site for a while. apocalypselover is that asshole friend saying he was me from an alternate timeline. Well, tomorrow, I am officially beginning actual work on Cifer and its prequel. The updates posted earlier were for the pen and paper version, to make sure the game was any good. To Wavelength, I am sorry to say, but you will have to play Cifer to understand the system... Sorry for the delay, as Fur Affinity and Facebook kinda took center stage in my priorities.
