I would rather you play Cursed Desires since it was the best game I made on RPGM1. And it won the game constest on the site.

I also have 2 RPGM3 games. Whispers in the Woods and Siren's Reef.

Well the one game I completed isn't all that good. I pretty much just made things up as I went along so it's probably not very entertaining. AFAIK, there isn't anything in it that's glaringly broken though, since I constantly test played it to make sure the scripts worked the way I wanted them to. The gameplay should be more or less balanced since I tested the combats extensively, and did a good deal of number crunching outside the game.

My only other contribution is a technical demo, and Draygone recently did an LP of that.

Contest winner? Oi...I really need to read and post more than just in Free Forum and Video Games sometimes. *shakes head* Well, if you would prefer it then you bet that I'll play it. However, I don't have a device to pick up PS2 maker games yet (called a Shark Port or something?). But after I look into that, I plan to remedy that and jump to RPGM2 and 3 creations. This is again, if I am lucky enough to find the device I require. I have heard that they are practically "extinct" now, even on the net. So I guess for now, Cursed Desires will have to do for now. All things considered, I think you guys will keep this hobby busy again.

Whatever you are comfortable with "putting out there" is fine, either way. Although a bit of fair warning (should have said this earlier too but) I am sure the people familiar with me here know well enough that I'm going to give my opinion on their work. It's going to be a private message anyway, more than likely. Well unless they really want to wait for a full informal review with bells and whistles, for some reason -- Which I doubt.

I don't have that much free time, anyway, unless they want to wait more. I'll probably just tell them my two cents one-on-one. You guys are a pretty creative lot, as a collective whole. I doubt very many of you could make a game that's too unbearable for me to play. Again, if you're confident with it, I'm not worried about it. I'm only doing LPs of whom approve and (then obviously) want it LPed. Your call either way, buddy.

i recommend vonwerts games. ive enjoyed them all to some extent and found every one of them to have some good innovation and to be a damn good example of a well polished game.

hold off on crystal shores till i email you a copy which will be some time. i have to retest everything to make sure its playable. i made a ton of changes and i dont want to release a bad game for any reason.

So I've heard, sadly I had Treasure Hunters on my old laptop before it fried years ago with my own work-in-progress and other assorted RPGM gems of mine.. I don't think I got around to playing TH, though.

I played some of it around a year ago.

It was certainly not as good as I had remembered it. Its issues are obvious to me now. Of course, having only 12 years behind me and being filled with the excitement of having just completed my first project, those issues weren't immediately apparent to me at the time.
