Though, it would have been nice to have purchased one from you, so I could have demanded that you sign it as Irish Bagel.
I may have signed it thus.

Though I am very very new here, i find myself to be a respectable and Omniscient Book Reader! okay so take off the Omniscient and probably the respectable part as well.
I admit however, I am very interested in indulging myself in these seemingly wonderful books of wonder!
May I acquire directly through you sir Daigle? if so then what means of payment do you accept?

Rick, PM me, although i never really check out the Imaginari forum very much, i would be very interested in reading your books, and i was just telling my roommates today that i dont read as much as i used to, so this would be a perfect opportunity for me to have something new to read, and help support a friend at the same time.

Quick update to those of you who've expressed an interest but not ordered yet: I still have about half my in-house stock, and am expecting another 10 of each book to be sold by next weekend. They'll obviously still be available through My Lulu Storefront when I sell the rest of my stock, but the summer shipping event won't last forever and it'll cost you more to order through them than from me and you can't get them autographed that way.

I probably won't be investing in more books to sell personally until I have a third book on the market, so just fair warning out there.

Hey Rick is it still possible to get autographed by you copies? :B

Yeah, I still have some of my personal stock left and I'd be more than happy to sell & sign to you guys. Hit me up via PM and we can discuss further.

And because I wanna make an update about my writing but don't want an entirely new topic just to mug for the camera, so to speak: I'm hard at work on the sequel to Something More, about 1/3 of the way through my projected story at 94 pages, which would make this one a fair bit longer than the original.

I'm also working on a low-magic fantasy story that only exists in notebooks at work, have 320 notebook pages so far and barely scratched the surface of the story. I might, if I'm still doing self-publishing stuff through Lulu when this one's done, have to cut this one into two parts because Lulu can only make books that are 740 or so pages long. Time'll tell, I suppose.

I hope to have Something More's sequel finished by the end of the year, and the low-fantasy one by about summer of next year. Writing is slower-going with all this self-publishing stuff I have to maintain. Someone get me a personal assistant. =V

                      Update for August 6, 2010:

                      CONTEST!

I'm running a simple contest for my book, Our Crumbling Ivory, over at Facebook - for gaining 100 Fans on Facebook. For those of you Pavvies who don't wanna join Facebook to try and get a free book, or simply don't want me to see your ugly mugs, post your desire to win a book and I'll include you in the drawing.

I intentionally posted this on a Friday in the hopes that it'll make Valk's newspost and increase awareness of the contest.

                      The skinny:

The contest runs until next Friday, August 13, at which point I'll generate a numbered list of all Our Crumbling Ivory's Fans on Facebook and everyone here who posts to enter, and generate a random number to determine the winner.

Pretty easy, right? The swag is a signed copy of Our Crumbling Ivory.

So hop to it, and if you care to try and win just remember, a week from the time of this post, more or less, to enter by 'Liking' the Page itself or posting here.

                      Our Crumbling Ivory's Facebook Page.

A little bumparoo to let everyone know that both my books are available at http://stores.lulu.com/panning_for_clouds right now, for slightly discounted prices in paperback, and 50% off in digital. No time like the present to get those books you promised you'd buy! =D

I'll let you know what I think of Something More after I get it. In about 5 days or so, according to the site. (Well, more than that, since I have to, you know, read it.)

Ah, so you're the one who snuck in and bought a copy yesterday from the website. Excellent. Thanks much, and I hope you enjoy!
