EXP problem

The only thing I can think of would be if you created the characters from scratch and don't have anything in the Battle End slot. The script commands "Battle: Give Exp." and "Battle: Check Level Up" should give the characters the proper experience. If you haven't modified the presets, there should be no reason the party isn't leveling up.

There's a 90% chance this is the old, "I wanted to create my own characters but now they can't level" problem we've seen dozens of times in the past. The problem usually is not that there is nothing in the end battle slot but that it's the wrong script.
For some reason there are two scripts called Battle Victory. The first one raises your class level while the second gives you experience and raises your levels. People always use the first one because it's the first one they see when looking for the Battle Victory script. Replace the first one with the second one and everything should work. It is much easier to just copy an existing character and change the stats, so you don't run into these kinds of problems. |
