    "Inspirational" Handicapped video

    http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...1489877&q=Dick

    Rick and Dick, Marathon runners.

Y'know, it's really great to see handicapped people like my cousin (who also has the same condition), get up and out and d-.....

...Waaiiit a sec, who's doing all the work here?

    ********. That's just ridiculous.

"Oooh, yeahh, he's soo strong. He has such willpower and tenacity. He inspires hope in me."

I want to do the same thing, but not be disabled. I'd just sit back in my speed-chair as my ***** runs me a marathon and I sip martinis.

Its no different than if I were to run a marathon wearing a really heavy backpack. nothing inspirational about it.

Regardless, I'd say that guy deserves a "World's Greatest Dad" award.

The father is what is inspirational. What's sad about this picture is that people wouldn't consider him as that if he was doing the same things just without his disabled son. Add the son in there and 'Wow' it's inspirational.

I heard they got first place because the other racers kept slipping on the wee-todd-ed kids drool.

I think the kid has cystic fibrosis. so he's might not be retarded, just unable to perform most motor functions.

I guess it's just like running a race with a really heavy backpack. only it's some sort of really inspiring and heartwarming backpack.

There's about 7 kids like that at my school. They have little or no muscle control, yet are as smart as you and me. It's too bad they can't move at all, they're actually pretty normal.

Steven Hawking has the same disorder, and look at him, an accomplished scientist.

I think the father is what is inspiational, more than the kid. He actually runs (pushes) marathons with son, who cannot do that himself, the son enjoys doing this with his father.
