Whelp, after playing guitar for about 2 and a half years, I've decided I need to work on recording me playing stuff for an actual album of sorts. What kind of music am I going to be playing on this album, you ask? Why, video game tunes, of course! It's going to be 100% video game songs in fingerstyle.
So I'm making this topic for a few things. The first and most important is that I need to decide what songs to do. Generally, if there's a tab in the right style for it, I'll probably be able to play it, but not every song has a tab for it, of course. Right now, I've got Lost Paintings from SOTN and Interrupted by Fireworks from FFVII recorded and about 80% done each. I'm open to suggestions, but I'm probably going to lean towards Final Fantasy songs since those are the ones that I know the best.
Next, I'm going to also be publishing this on Lulu (provided I can legally do so) and want to know who would buy a copy if I did so. I'm either going to buy them in bulk myself and sell them to people for zero profit (it's cheaper if you buy in bulk by about a buck) or I'm going to create a private link where you can buy it yourself and have it shipped to you. It'd be 4.50 and 5.50 respectively.
Finally, I would like to know who might be willing to do the art for the disc and case. There are a couple of people I'm considering already because of their style, but I'd love to know who might want to help out here.
