    Let's bug Enterbrain!

I don't know how many of you check enterbrain's RPG Tsukuru website, but it went through a fairly major change not long ago.

    http://tkool.jp/

As you can see, the console RPG Makers have been removed from the main site. The rather ancient RPG Maker 2000 gets front page attention, but not any of the console titles.

    so where are they?

    http://tkool.jp/products/oldproducts_cs.html

buried in an "old products" page, of course.

    What does this mean?

I think it means that it's time to pester the **** out of enterbrain via e-mail, to make sure they know the console RPG Maker fans still matter.

    digifami@ml.enterbrain.co.jp
Language be damned, this is their software division's primary e-mail address, and I have recieved in-depth english replies from it in the past.
This address is giving errors now, so try support@ml.enterbrain.co.jp instead.

Let them know we're still here, that we deserve attention, and we are willing to give them our money if they are willing to earn it.

if you're feeling a bit more daring (and careless with money), this is their address:

    ENTERBRAIN, Inc.
    6-1,Sanban-cho
    Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 102-8431

and this is their phone number.
    81-3-3265-7013

Let them know that we still matter. but be mature about it, or don't even bother.

I sent them a pretty long email.

      Yeah, you're welcome.

Do you think a hand-written letter would mean more then an email coming from the US, or will they just toss it in the trash?

Ill write them a letter too, I'll even pack them a cookie in the letter.

Too lazy to write an email. I'll do it later.

I'll be damned if I sit idly by knowing that I could possibly push towards a fourth console RPG Maker.

if you're gonna call, make damn sure you get permission from your parents first. it will not be cheap.

Yea I never thought of that... A friggin' call to Tokyo will be expensive... By the way, how do you make international calls?

                        Re: Let's bug Enterbrain!

you just have to dial all the numbers and it will go to tokyo. the number has all the digits you need to make the call, kind of like our 1 ### numbers before the regular 7 digit number.

a call to tokyo is outrageously expensive, so id not do it. there is tons of other cheaper and more effective ways then racking up a fortune trying to get through to someone who acually cares about why your calling. you are not going to get the head of the company by calling that number so you might as well send a letter or email them.

Thank you Ωbright for the sig fix!

I would do this but have no idea what to say...

HEY ENTERBRAIN WE'RE HERE AND WE'RE PLAYING THE CONSOLES VERSIONS!
Really all I can think of...

Great idea. Who knows whether it will have any effect, but it's definitely worth a shot. I'll try my best to come up with a good email message and if I can come up with anything decent, I will send it to them.
