I already own it but I'm buying it again.

EDIT: Might actually make a game this time.

        That's... not good.

I'll check with both of my keyboards in a bit. (Can't right now, as BioShock is installing.)

I know on my BC PS3 my USB wired keyboard worked perfectly fine with the disc-based RPGM3, but neither my Bluetooth nor my USB wireless keyboard worked. If you have a wired keyboard, I have a feeling it should work.

I've got both -- I'll try them both right now, and I'll let you guys know.

*Edit: Neither a wireless, nor a wired keyboard would work. ****.

So basically, it's mostly good for playing games people have made already, unless you want to go through all the fun of entering in text with a gamepad?

I don't see this doing well, anymore.

Well, that was $10 well wasted.

                        Re: RM3 on PSN

I attempted it with my wired Playstation 2 keyboard, just for the sake of ruling it out, and it does not work.

That's probably the functionality they needed to preserve most and I spent over an hour attempting to get it to work with the different USB ports, trying every configuration imaginable with controller and keyboard, and plugging in the keyboard before and after the game loaded, etc. And the keyboard does work outside RPG Maker 3.

I'd like to say that RPGM1 has hardened me into a Dpad warrior, capable of ninja-like swiftness from one row of letters to the next...

                          But nope.

                          Can this be patched?

                            No idea.

If it's a problem with the way PS2 Classics are handled, only Sony can fix it.

On the upside, it looks like the release is sparking some fresh activity here from new members.

Another week, another Agetec PS2 classic added to the PSN store. Fire Pro Wrestling Returns is on the PSN now. This is making me hopeful that RPG Maker 1 and 2 might find their way to the PSN too.
