    A few questions

    1) with the release of RPGM2 and 3 Im wondering if people are still playing and making RPGM1 games as much as they used too back then? I mean how often is a new RPGM1 game released these days?

    2) I was looking at the RPGM1 games download pages and I noticed some games... Remote Control for example have a link called PS3 next to them.. whats that mean/for?

    3) I noticed one good game that was missing from the list.. Dew Quest 2... anyone have it or know where to get it?

    4) Finally I started an RPGM game years ago (as a matter of fact I see the demo was still on the site) and Im thinking of finally finishing it up.. however my only creative skills are my writing (as a matter of fact I had a near finished playable demo reviewed once and got the story was indeed good and so wher ethe sprites (thanks to Sniffy heh) but level/dungeon desgn were crap) and I agree I do kinda suck on that aspect.. same for battles and just actually making th game fun.

So Im wondering.. would anyone actually be interested in "helping" with teh project? (i.e I can write it.. or should i say its already written and teh other person(s) would just make it fun and at least playable.. as i fail horibly at that aspect lol).

Btw any vets from years ago (around the playstation release) still hang around? like Intro for example?

    Re: A few questions

Intro1 has stopped by a few times, but isnt here as a permenent member (he's working at EA now, I believe). a surprisingly large amount of the original pavilion populatiopon is still here though. Kire, John Mora, Karr, Serge, EvilNixon, BahamutZero (now just BZ), Alzar, myself, and I could just keep going on, but I won't. Some other members have made temporary comebacks, like Starba, but left again after a while.

The download PS3 links are to download select RPG Maker 1,2, and 3 titles in the PS3's virtual memory card format, so PS3 owners don't have to hassle with dex drives, max drives and the PS3's own memory card adapter.

I don't remember there being a Dew Quest 2, but if there is one, it's probably either in the massive archive I have on my computer that I've been sorting through for a few years, or it's lost completely.

        Re: A few questions

most people seam to be using rpg maker 3 these days but many of us still prefer rpg maker 2 for its more compatibility with their style of game designing. some of us, like myself, still prefer the first rpg maker to make games.

Thank you Ωbright for the sig fix!

for your questions on RM1 people... I can say that I am a user of RM1, and RM1 exclusively (For now, because I have no urge to learn a whole set of new stuff for RM2.)

I am working on a game for RM1, but I won't release it for a long time, mainly because of my laziness.
