Yeah, disco prince is definitely pretty sweet.

I'm close to unlocking everything. Some of the levels in this one are so freakin' hard, but once I get my old skill back I'll be rolling **** all over the place (metaphorically).

DISCO*PRINCE is cool, but these are my favorites:

1. Everlasting Love
2. Bluffing Damacy
3. Baby Universe
4. Kuru Kuru Rock
5. Katamari On The Swing

The music isn't as catchy, and one song (the rock/ska sounding one) is borderline annoying.

Ha, I think that's 'Kuru Kuru Rock'. I hated it at first, but now I like it for its crazy wacky randominess.

Overall, this soundtrack is not as good as the first game. It's very, very good, and it fits WLK more than KD's soundtrack fitted KD, but I still don't like it as much. I'm still contemplating whether I'm going to import the soundtrack when it is available.

We Love Katamari is the only truly essential game for PS2. Kind of like how anybody that had an old chunk of a Game Boy absolutely had to have a copy of the original Tetris.

I think there are a lot more essential games for the PS2, than just Katamari.

Got it. Beat it. Still enjoying it.


My favorite level has to be either the final roll-it-all-up stage where you get cosmically huge, or the one where you roll the sumo, or the racing stage.

I like the sumo stage specifically because the music fits the rolling so much.


As for the music, of course it's not going to be as great as the original, since most of the tracks on this one are remixes of the old ones. Not many of them are truly original. They're still great and catchy in my book.

Someone tell me when they open the final FINAL level, and then tell me if they ever plan to reach the goal that it sets forth. So far, I'm at 35,000.
