I play GTA or Dead Rising i like to take out my anger on helpless things when i have a bad day.

when I have a bad day, it usually involves me getting my ass handed to me while playing games such as Monster Hunter and Lost Planet, both single player and multiplayer. I curse up a storm when things aren't going great for me.

There are times where I'll play something like Super Smash or Disgaea as catharsis, but most of the time I'll just go for one of my more visceral rhythm games: Guitar Hero, DDR, or Karaoke Revolution.

God of War is the PERFECT game to play when you're ****ed off. Speaking of which, I'd better go pick it up, too.

I play Monopoly on my SNES and kick the mess outta Jeeves.

If that doesn't work, I'll play Super Mario Bros. 3 for my NES.

Super Double Dragon. I have my days when I'm angry, so I like to beat up the bad guys in true kung fu fashion.

I just play anything. I'll play Counter Strike or play PSU when I've had a crappy day. And for times in which I don't feel like dealing with anyone human, I play anything single player.

Usually something either savagely violent or insanely destructive.

Everything about the combat system in The Mark of Kri SCREAMS stress reliever. The variety of ways you can savagely kill your foes is insane. Everything from wildly swinging your axe and severing heads and torsos to wrestling their weapons out of their grasp and skewering them on their own swords. You can even knock them down and pounce on them, shoving your sword into their heart. Even their death screams are exquisite.

I also like to start wars in Super Power.

I think killing people with my bare hands in The Godfather may have taken the place of the joys of killing people with the flame thrower and molotov cocktails in GTA3.

Almost any game is good for a bad day. I really like anything that requires me to zone out and think only of the game.

When I'm mad I prefer to go outside and beat the life out on myself on the punching bag. The anger subsides when you're out of breath and exhausted.

As for bad days... usually some music, internet browsing, and whatever game I feel like screwing around in.

When I'm angry, I go straight for FF10. Then I get rid of everything in my path with my favorite summon of all time, The Magus Sisters!
