I actually really like your drawing style. Your coloured stuff looks really professional.

        Thanks kid!

I've been thinking about expanding the Cat Burglar piece into a picture book, but I'm not too sure how appropriate a thief hero would be for children? I mean, if he's a good thief that's okay? Like Robin Hood? Am I over thinking it!?

I think you're thinking along the right track. Children's books are going to be scrutinized for the messages they send. So long as your hero does something to acknowledge that theft is wrong, and maybe makes some sort of amends by the end, you shouldn't be in any trouble.

          What else can you do?

He could always go for the faux children's book, like Dean Koontz and his Robot Santa books, or any of the myriad tales that are 100% unsuitable for children to read or see that come out all the time and seem to be hip with the scene/emo crowd. Which I assume he is party to.

              That's what I was thinking.

I am not a scene kid, Juggalo.

I'm just a sidelong companion to the Juggalo subculture.

Also, Juggalos would be your target audience if you did a faux children's book that is also incredibly violent. Friend of mine in Ohio makes Juggalo coloring books and sells them at the Gathering of the Juggalos every year for a $1,000+ profit.

                    Take advantage of 'em. =V

I'd rather die than attend a Juggalo gathering.
