From Wikipedia:
Hydropolis is an underwater hotel being built in Dubai, and scheduled to open at the end of 2006. It costs £300 million, has 220 suites and covers 2.6 square kilometres, about the size of London's Hyde Park. It will be about 20 meters under the sea, or 44 feet. It has been planned that it will produce its own clouds, to protect guests from the Persian Gulf sun. One of the reasons it is being built is so that people who cannot swim will be able to explore the wonders of the sea.

We estimate that the room rate for a standard 550 square foot undersea suite will be $1500 per night. The Poseidon Undersea Resort will be the only place where you can spend a night underwater on the sea floor with a spectacular view. The "once in a lifetime" experience will be worth every penny. We will also have 22 land-based, on-shore bungalows each with private pool. The cost of these units will be approximately $500 per night. Staying a few nights in the shore bungalows and then one or two nights in an underwater suite will make a vacation at Poseidon more affordable.

The underwater casino will form part of a huge gaming and entertainment complex - dubbed the 'City of Dreams' - which will cost eight billion Hong Kong dollars (US$1bn, £545m) to create.
