I have the Blackberry Curve 8530, the purple model carried by Koodo here in Canada
For $85 +tax/month, I get unlimited everything. The BB itself was free with Koodo. I use it mostly for work... so phone calls during the day time. However when not working I use it for messaging and facebook.
Oh right, work just gave me a Blackberry Curve this week, I haven't really been using it yet though.
I have a ****ty Samsung flip phone with a basic camera that we got at Wal-mart for like $20 or so, with Verizon's pay-as-you-go plan. I usually only spend $20 a month, $.99/day each day I use it + a $10 unlimited texting package. Though I usually run out of money midway through the month and can't make phone calls, I can still text all I want and that's mostly what I do anyway. I don't really care about having internet or games.
Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini Pro. With Android, which makes me a "peon" apparently.
I don't do contracts at all. The UK has pretty great prepaid plans for misers like myself. I pay £10 every 3 months or so just to maintain credit on my phone. Mobile internet is free, and contacting anyone on the same network is free, so I seldom see a need to fork out any money on top of that.
I've got the smallest data plan and the least amount of minutes and I only pay $65 for my iPhone. I never even come close to hitting the limits on either of those.
Just upgraded from my 2 year old G1 (first Android phone on the market) to a slick new Samsung Vibrant. The OLED screen and thinness are what grabbed me half a year ago, but not for $180. T-Mobile had a deal this weekend...all phones for free. Paid $100, which I get back via mail-in rebate.
I pay $80 plus ancillary charges for unlimited talk, text, and data. In terms of usage, mainly browsing the intarwebs, followed by voice, then texting, and very little IM or email at this point. This phone has been in my possession for two days now, and I'm already using it much more for music and gaming than I ever did on my old one. Battery life is FAR superior as well, and likely will be even more so once my buddy roots it for me.
I have a Kyocera Loft (Virgin Mobile), and unlimited texting, unlimited mobile web, and 300 mins (which I hardly use) for $25/month. I can't even think of anything a phone could do that I would pay $60+ a month for...
In fact, I still use a rotary phone! I can't even "press 1 for English" and thus can't get past the first step in many corporate calls like the power company or the internet service people.
But every push button phone I ever had died within 2 years, and my 50 year old rotary still works like new! So I don't plan on ever buying a new phone until they stop supporting rotary ones (which they are highly unlikely to do as one of those tiny fees on your phone bill is for touch tone support - they'd have to cut that part of the bill if they want to drop rotary support, and a few cents per customer times many millions of customers is a LOT of money!).

How do you not have a cellphone? I won't even hire someone for a minimum wage job unless they have one.
I have a Sprint Epic. I use it for gaming (the screen is about the same size as the old GBA), talking, texting, internet surfing, e-mail... basically since the screen is a decent size and it has a full keyboard, its like carrying a mini laptop in my pocket all the time. It's worth the money because I'm so much more productive with it.
