Yeah, I agree with Caciss; somewhere around season 10. I think there might have been a couple decent episodes in season 11. I would guess that a lot of the more talented writers moved onto Futurama.
I don't know if that's true or not, but it does seem like some correlation can be drawn. I've often wondered if Fox killing off Futurama broke the spirit of Groening and company, and led them to simply stop giving two ****s about Simpsons. But I may be giving them more credit than they are due; it could be that they do still care, but just plain suck anyhow.

South Park parody? Was it even half as funny as when South Park ripped into Simpsons and Family Guy a couple seasons back? Wait, no, let's lower the bar, we are talking about the post-90's Simpsons. Was it a quarter as amusing?
I'd say about a quarter. (Excuse the first 9 seconds.)
The Simpsons kept doing episodes on how Homer and Marge met, and all it did was confuse the hell out of me. Was it:
The 70's?
Back in camp when they were 10 years old?
The 90's show episode (recent season; Bart asked "90's? what's that?)
That's because the show's been on long enough that Bart should be like 30 by now. So they keep things going in some weird time flux where they've all been the same age perpetually.
