Anybody else been watching this? Its two episodes in and its pretty good so far. Its like a mix of an 80s super robot anime, but without all the cheese and a refreshing western makeover.

For those that dont know its Genndy Tartakovskys new show. Hes basically the the guy behind alot of Powerpuff Girls, Samurai Jack, and the animated Clone Wars cartoon(the good one).

If you missed them on the teevee, somebody has put up the two episodes on youtube, and made HD versions for torrents. I think it airs every Friday night. Just follow the links to watch all the parts.

Genndy did a ton of work on PPG though, and directed a bunch or episodes, and/or was the animation director on alot of them.

Hell he even worked on the awesome Korgoth of Barbaira pilot(why didnt it get approved for a series?!), and storyboarded the final fight scene in Iron Man 2. You know the whole cherry blossom part in the dome.

I think AS said Korgoth was by far the most popular pilot never to be expanded upon (and while they didn't say this, it's almost certainly more popular than many that were made into full shows), but for whatever reason it didn't come together.

As for this, didn't watch. Saving myself for season 2 of Titan Maximum.

This show looked seriously retarded when I saw the first commercials for it, I hate the art style and I'm kinda shocked tartakovkski is attached to this.

Did you watch an episode? Cuz it's got better writing than Avatar Last Airbender.

But that's not saying much I think.

The one full episode of Avatar I saw, with the Fire Nation kids just talking on the beach, had pretty good writing I thought.

But I didn't check this out yet so I dunnooooo :V
