      It is a message to all of humanity. If we can reach such lows, then imagine the highs we can climb to. Just imagine the light and prosperity that can come of our obvious ability to go to such extremes. For years we have needed evidence of our true potential. What are you doing to achieve it, now that you see how low and abhorrent we can become? Indeed, "What the hell are you doing you mother****ers?"

        So, back to the topic of fanfiction...

        There is a fan novelization of SH2. And it is apparently popular.

        Enough so that James' actual voice actor reprised the role for it.

            The following story is an offering to the more "mature" readers of Rescue Rangers fan fiction. It is faithful to the mood and characters of the original series for the most part, yet "pushes the envelope" in plot and character development. Bear in mind that most CDRR fans are 14 years older than when the series debuted, and are not easily enthralled with storyline restrictions intended for a children's television audience. Be warned, there are some startling events, images and revelations in this yarn, yet it is my belief that it is all within the bounds of good taste and contains no more "adult" content than most of what Disney is releasing in theaters these days, or than any comic book available in a neighborhood store.

            Most importantly, it is all in fun. Enjoy.
            Prepare for a long read. But a good one, I thought. When I found it, I wound up reading through the whole thing in one sitting.

            On another note, Fushigi, I clicked that Christian Humber link at quite the right time. "Use your spirit." Hehe. :P

                        Wow, this makes me think back to when i was like 13 or 14 and wrote a Transformers cartoon "reboot" script, it was after the headmasters stuff that aired on TV, and it was a full layout. it was meant as a reboot of the series, i brought back a bunch of "dead" transformers, destroyed the headmasters, and introduced a new enemy. I dont remember the whole thing anymore. It was probably a "fanfic" before there was a thriving internet fanfic thing. But it had storyboards, a full script & dialog, and scene settings, the script alot had to be atleast 50-70 hand written pages, not including the storyboard.

                            Well, I thought the Rescue Rangers fancomic was good, anyway. But then, I sometimes have some strange tastes.
