I'll try that and see if I find anything worthwhile.

Hey guys, Ninja Fest starts today at 8:00 PM (EST). It will be two-and-a-half hours of awesometastic Ninja Warrior. Don't forget! This is more important than your girlfriend, your job, and bathing. Watch it.

Wa-what!? This...is most disturbing. What you need to do is watch the show and be awed by its awesomeness. That will fix your problem, my good friend.

So these are on G4, the former "gaming" network which found itself unable to sustain a fanbase of nerds who choose to play games and browse the internet instead of watch TV, so they changed it to a "lifestyle" network with a gaming focus? Basically, the TV version of Maxim? Or had Spike TV already claimed that "honor"?

I've not turned the input on my TV to S-Video or coax (which are how my Dish Network box is connected) in probably 2 months. And the last time was only because one of the guys who lives here could not get a signal on his TV, and I wanted to see if it was a problem with the box. The last time I WATCHED TV watched TV was probably....I dunno....8 or 10 months ago.

But Lost is coming on VERY soon, so that'll be an incentive to watch an hour of TV a week.

I remember the old G4. I was much surprised when I came back after a little hiatus and it... was much less about gaming.

My dad watched Ninja Warrior back when we still watched TV. I thought it was an interesting show....

Did you guys watch Ninja Fest? Totally awemazing! The only disappointing thing about it is that none of the G4 American competers made it to the Third Stage. I really thought (and wanted) that girl to at least make it past the first stage. If only she hadn't lost her grip on the Rope Hang.... I wish that Leivi would 've made it past the Salmon Ladder, too. What are your thoughts about it?

                    Umm... Olivia's hot.

And I can't believe what happened to Shingo Yamamoto. What a stud.

Yes, Olivia is hot. ...I just felt the need to say that. Was it me, or did she kinda look like see was dressed like Lara Croft?

But yeah, I really wanted Shingo to succeed. If hadn't got caught near the end, I bet he would've gotten pretty far.

                        Agreed.

She was dressed as a ninja.

He hesitated to grab the rope ladder on the first back swing after the Flying Chute and paid the price. It sucked.

I really thought that Toshihiro Takaeda was going to make it this time. He made Stage Two look easy, and made Stage Three look easy until he got to the Ascending Climb. Unfortunately he took the wrong approach and then took to long to correct it. It killed his momentum.

Also, I think Kevin could have gone a little farther if he his leg hadn't slipped. Although, I highly doubt he would have gotten past the Jumping Spider.

I'm glad Katsumi Yamada (Mr. Ninja Waririor) has retired for good. Its about time he let the shame and disappointment end. It was pretty depressing actually.

What!? Katsumi retired? Where did you hear this? If they said something about him retiring during the show, I must have missed it.

I really wanted him to win at least once. He worked so hard at it.
