Well, a julius orange obviously pokes fun at the proliferation of Orange Julius stands in American malls, and thereby is a subtle critique on American consumerism. Julius Seizure, on the other hand, is a play on words of Julius Caesar, and that by itself makes it a worthy contender for a name for an up-and-coming band. As for which one I prefer...well, they're both damn good choices. And don't forget to post in my Pav comp CD thread, highwind, if you want to contribute a song to the cause....

I think I liked the name Caliginous better. Regardless, the recordings sound pretty slick. As far as production goes, Nickels and Making Sense sounds really professional to me but Fools Waltz seems like it kind of gets out of sync a couple times. Maybe I'm hearing it wrong.

Same band. Different name. Caliginous is a death metal band name. We're not that. Julius is my middle name. It's a play off of that.
