Recommend free DVD Authoring software?

Can anybody recommend me some good DVD authoring software for free. I've been downloading some tv shows and movie torrents and I'd like to be able to watch them on TV instead of just on my computer. I'd probably need a video converter too since some of them are in different formats. Thanks to anyone who has an answer.

This is a free trial, I don't know of and free software...sorry

This is also a 103MB download, so beware!

EDIT:It says installable until may 1st, 2006, so Im not sure if this will work, if not let me know
