A guy has a problem with his Verizon Bill. He was quoted .002 cents per KB. He was charged $.002. Hilarity ensues when he tries to educate Verizon customer support as to the subtle difference therein.

I'm not gonna listen to the hole 1 hour and 45 minutes, but i can tell in just the first couple of minutes this is going to be horrible, as they just dont have ANY COMPREHENSION of the difference.

Most people don't even tip, or they do a standard dollar amount rather than percentage.

Or they have those tipping percentage cards in their wallet/purse to make it even easier to be stupid.
