Sorry, I had no idea what wacom was... I don't screw with digital art stuff. Messes up my mojo. I prefer oil paints and pencil.

Well there are determining factors on what makes it a speed painting I guess. Typically it takes someone under 30 minutes, it takes me an hour because Im a 3d guy. Im not especially good with traditional art or painting in PS.

Also it would depend on the style your drawing in, anime vs. realistic.
