hey i just remembered why i stopped running track

I just went really crazy running my hyperactive dog. I'm really out of shape now that i havent been running track (even when i ras running track this still happend) After a couple of minutes of dry heaving i puked all over the place. My dog promptly licked it up.

        Nice!

Yeah, you have to ease back into most types of exercise.

They're been a few times when I started playing raquetball again, only to be nearly floored by the intense aches and pains the following day. I stretch and warm up before I start, but it never seems to help.

Man, I love the next day aches and pains. The only thing better is that near exhaustion after a really good work out.

yeah i did enjoy that, also it makes food taste oh so much better and you can eat all you want and not gain weight because you're burning so much calories. <3 I did enjoy track. I was pretty good too, broke records, fastest in the school...which isnt saying much. Even went to states.

I ran cross country. I was ranked fourth in the city. I quit though, it was a waste of time.

                Everythings good by the way.

That's not cross country. That's track. Cross country is 3.1 miles.

Heh, I hate cross country kids. I ran track for football and I'd run the 1600 and 800. I'd do okay during meets until we got to district and all the cross country kids would show up for the mile. We'd be stacked up three to a lane. Still beat placed in middle of the pack.

Other fun stories are during my junior year on the jv team when the track coach decided to fill spots and have me run the 200, 400, and 1600 relay.

I'm actually proud of all my fourth and fifth place medals considering I was a offensive lineman.

yeah Track is good for football, we had a bunch of football jocks join the track team. Which takes a lot of balls considering from what i gather track is a "*****" sport.
