Do you own multiple copies of anything?

    I do:

The big thing is the original Star Wars Trilogy. I have the original editions on VHS, the special editions on VHS, and the new "ultimate" CGI-fest versions on DVD.

Other things I own multiple copies of:

    The Godfather (VHS/DVD)
    The Godfather II (VHS/DVD)
    The Shawshank Redemption (VHS/DVD)
    Clerks (VHS/DVD)*
    Chasing Amy (VHS/DVD)*
    Dogma (VHS/DVD)*

*gave the VHS versions to Blackberry

    Final Fantasy V (PSX/GBA)
    Final Fantasy VI (SNES/PSX)
    Super Mario Bros. 1/2/3 (NES/SNES)
    LOZ: OOT (N64/GCN)
    Mega Man 2 (NES/PS2)

Also, at my mom's home, we have 3 copies of Crash Team Racing, 2 copies of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, 2 copies of ATV Offroad Fury 2, and 2 copies of Final Fantasy XII.

BTW: owning multiple copies of stuff is the defining stamp of dorkdom.

I have the original DVDs of Bebop for packaging reasons and I have the 5.1 mix versions of them for superior audio.

        Let's see:

2 copies of Chrono Cross (disc 2 broke on copy 1)
2 copies of Skies of Arcadia (see Chrono Cross)
2 copies of Final Fantasy VI (SNES and PSX)
2 copies of Chrono Trigger (SNES and PSX)
2 copies of Aliens (DVD...I still don't know how that happened)
2 copies of Watership Down (the first one is falling apart)
2 copies of the original Star Wars Trilogy (VHS and DVD)
2 copies of "The Wastelands" (first copy worn out)
I HAD 2 copies of Icewind Dale but I gave one away

That's all I can think of now.

I have two copies of Shining Force: Sword of Hajya on Game Gear. That's it, besides the two different versions of Donnie Darko.

Oh yeah. I also have 2 copies of Sword of Hayja, although one is technically the version on Shining Force CD.

              That also reminds me:

2 copies Lunar: Eternal Blue (Sega CD, PSX)
2 copies Super Mario Brothers 2 (GBA, SNES - The Mario Collection thingy)

If I had a Sega CD, I'd own Shining Force CD.

I own 3 copies of transformers the movie, the original VHS release, the Rhino DVD, and the Sony DVD.

I own multiple versions of almost every Mega Man game, including their Rock Man counterparts, and even packaging variations.

Countless transformers. I have three of the original 1984 Optimus prime for example: one still sealed in it's box, one with metal plates in it's trailer, and a normal one.

I own 12 Master Grade Kampfers from the Gundam model kit line, along with almost 20 each of the HGUC GMs and Zaku IIs.

2 original Gameboys, gray and red.
2 Gameboy Colors, yellow and yellow with a better screen.

These are the ones I can think of off the top of my head. :P

                    Games/Movies:
2 copies of Watership Down (VHS and DVD)
2 copies of Secret of Nimh (VHS and DVD)
3 copies of The Plague Dogs (VHS, bootleg DVD (I was lied to), official DVD)
2 copies of Chrono Trigger (SNES and PSX)
2 copies of Who Framed Roger Rabbit (VHS and special edition DVD)
2 copies of numerous Ren and Stimpy shorts (VHS copies only had 4 eps tops, DVD collection has seasons 1&2, got a rare bootleg from LA in 1994 with uncut episodes and the banned ep)
                    2 copies of Silent Hill 2 (PS2 & Xbox)
2 copies of We Love Katamari (JP & US)
2 copies of "The Gregory Horror Show" (JP & UK/PAL)
2 copies of Taiko No Tatsujin 3? 4? (JP & US) Whichever one they brought over here and ruined
2 copies of "The Naked Gun" (VHS & DVD)

                    Music:
(usually these are due to the fact that the original copies are scuffed/scratched and don't play a track or two)

2 copies of Ministry's "Filth Pig" and "Psalm 69" (CD)
2 copies of Prodigy's "Fat of the Land," "The Prodigy Experience" and "Music for the Jilted Generation" (CD)
2 copies of numerous Primus albums including "Sailing the Seas of Cheese" and "Suck on this" (cassette!!! and CD)
2 copies of Elton John's "Goodbye Yellow Brick Road" and "Madman Across the Water" (CD)
2 copies of Stone Temple Pilots "Core" (CD)
2 copies of KMFDM's "Nihil," "XTORT," and "Money" (cassette!!! and CD)
2 copies of Lunatic Calm's "Metropol" (CD)
3 copies of Moby's "Moby," 2 copies of "Play" (my roommate killed one)
2 copies of Beastie Boys "Paul's Boutique"
2 copies of The Reverend Horton Heat's "Smoke 'em if you got 'em," (had one signed by the band) "Liquor in the Front...," and "Spend a night in the box"
2 copies of Portisheads "Dummy" (cassette! and CD)

I would think of more but I'd be here for a while and also nobody cares.

I have two copies of Vagrant Story because I'm a retard and bought both within five minutes of each other.
