So I found out that someone in one of my classes has Tuberculosis, so now everyone has to go to the university health center and get tested for TB.

That happened when I was in middle school (maybe high school my memory sucks) one or two of the patient zero girl's best friends had caught it but nobody else. Then again, it may have been one of the friends that had it first and she was just the first to find out. Either way it didn't stop them from getting ostracized when they finally were able to come back to school.

The doctor walked in with me... Otherwise that would have been hilarious.

Also, you usually get TB by being around someone with it for long periods of time. So it's really unlikely that anyone would get TB by going to the health center for 5 minutes... It's not like we all went as a group.

I got a shot. It burned for a few seconds. Now I have to go back on Monday to get the test results. Whoopee!

If you live in a dry area, it won't do much to you in life. One of my teachers was once exposed to tuberculosis (the kid coughed on her). Luckily, she didn't catch it.
