How 'bout...
The Blue Sword RPG
Loosely based on the book,The Blue Sword, you choose 1 of 2 heroes, a
warrior who wants revenge for the death of his family and girlfriend or a magic user who lost her memory.Their stories are different but they are after the same thing:the Blue Sword and the goal to defeat the Lich King with it.

If you're going to do something like that you could technically make all four of your ideas into one game. Go "horror" for the dude seeking revenge and "fantasy" for the chick with amnesia. Seeing as how you seem to like both directions equally, you can incorperate all your ideas into one game! Plus, with a book to base your ideas upon, you don't really have to mess around with the half-baked totally disjointed sidequests at the end of the game, because the plots already written down!
