FAFSA sucks

So my dad is, well, I'll leave it at unorganized. Since I have moved out, things that I did not take with me have been going missing. So, I had to reapply for the FAFSA this year and I called my brother to get my PIN. I told him exactly where it is, but no dice. All my old work stubs, all my financial aid info from last year, all of it and more gone.

So I figure I will just use their convenient forgot my PIN option. Every time I do, it finds all of my information based on my social security. It shows the correct e-mail address. I never get the e-mail, though. I check the junk mail, I check the trash, I check the inbox. Not there. Hasn't shown up after many days of doing this. I also asked for it by snail mail and have I gotten the letter? Nope.

The FAFSA site is from hell.

The government gives you money for higher education based on your financial need.

I didn't get ORBSORBSORBSORBS from them, not even a work study or anything. According to them, my father is too much of a high roller with too much property to warrant them giving me any money. Which is alright with me, I guess, since my tution isn't that high, and a scholarship I have for the next 8 semesters covers about half of it, anyways.

I lost my pin earlier this year and had them physically mail it to me since their email option wasn't working.
