I'm sorry, but I have absolutly NO idea what "HDD" is. Can somone please shed some light on the subject.

It seems you can only use it if you have the first (bulky) style of PS2, it does not work with the slimline PS2

And it's definately not worth getting just for load time differences. Unless you intend to play Final Fantasy XI - Online, it's nothing but a glorified memory card."What if like...there was an exact copy of you somewhere, except they're the opposite gender, like you guys could literally have a freaky friday moment and nothing would change. Imagine the best friendship that could be found there."

Most games can't directly save to the HDD, though. Including RPGM3. ...its like having 5,000 PS2 memory cards in 1, but some games only allow 1 save per memory card...so its kinda at a loss with those games, it would have been a lot better if they allowed you to partition the HDD
