This "war" cost thousands of innocent lives (civilian and military) and wasted billions of dollars. All to keep Bush's train wreck in the middle east moving right along, despite the total lack of evidence to support his reasons for being there in the first place.

A costly, deadly and ridiculous war started for false reasons. Anyone that thinks it's not an oil war, think again.

while i do think that's probably true, i still wonder why saddam was so uptight about the u.n. weapon inspectors.
