when I'm working, it's a cold environment, but my hands are always way colder than the rest of my body, even to the touch. What the hell is wrong with me?

Re: Cold hands!
Same thing happens to me in the office. Working in a cold environment in a relatively sedentary job...your body temp tends to drop which makes your blood vessels constrict in your extremities, so that your core body temp remains the same. You may notice it in your hands and feet (although shoes and socks do a lot to insulate). I find it helps to make an effort to be more active at the office, even if it's just menial tasks or taking a brisk walk at lunch. So you're a fish out of water...
Keep swimming.
What else can you do?

Re: Cold hands!
I was told it was poor blood circulation in the hands. I have the same problem, as do some of the rest of my family. I figured they knew what they were talking about. My feet are always fine. Heck, I'm barefoot most of the time. But my hands can't take the cold real easy."What if like...there was an exact copy of you somewhere, except they're the opposite gender, like you guys could literally have a freaky friday moment and nothing would change. Imagine the best friendship that could be found there."
