BLIZZARD KNOWS BALANCE. THEY'VE BEEN MAKING BALANCED GAMES SINCE 1994. QUITCHA ********!
Umm, all those people LEFT Blizzard and made ANET.
Guild Wars is balanced, WoW is 100% not BalancedLast edited by Red Dragon; 11-01-2006, 12:18 AM.

Yeah I know. Im not exactly thrilled about the paladin class being on the Horde side. But it's not like we have much choice.
Balance?! LoL. You mean like how the Allies can get to the stables first and get an extra 10 points? :b Like how about the Horde having GW advantages and being able to jump through friggin windows in AV? Or the shaman? Sheesh.
Edit: BTW I wasn't exactly given a beta invite. Lets just say, I know someone who does.Last edited by Wantu Seymour; 11-01-2006, 01:06 AM.

Re: I'm Downloading the WoW BC Beta
I disagree. Offer a few examples please.WoW is 100% not Balanced
No, not really. ANET is primarly composed of former blizzard north employees. Blizzard north was originaly a seperate company that was bought out by blizzard in the mid 90s and placed under their umbrella. However, they pretty much continued to operate seperate from the rest of blizzard and only made the Diablo games. Rumor has it that when Blizzard north presented their nearly complete version of Diablo 3 to the big wigs at Blizzard main, they were basicly told it was horseshit. Blizzard north was shut down and consolidated into Blizzard main, and Diablo 3 was put on hold indefinatly. In protest, many of the former blizzard north employees left.I'm comparing ANET to Blizzard. GW is the only game ANET has made thus only thing to compare to. Anything before WoW was made by the same people that made ANET. Thus I have to compare GW to WoW.
But I'm getting off topic. My point is that the former Blizzard employees that created ANET did not compose a majority of the Blizzard workforce--merely the Diablo team.
I think the abolishment of faction specific classes is the best thing that ever happened to this game. The shaman and paladin classes were slowly being turned into mirrior images of eachother. (tranquil air totem anyone?) This change alows blizzard to shift paladins and shamans out of their healbot rolls as well.Yeah I know. Im not exactly thrilled about the paladin class being on the Horde side. But it's not like we have much choice.
