I said you'd have to obey the rules still, but some of you ignored that. so yes, people will be recieving ban warnings/infractions on november 1st as a result of their behavior, and some will find themselves temp banned as well.

in character is fine as long as it's not disruptive. posting pointless forum requests, and pictures of non-pavilion people in the pavilion photo topic are spam though.

if you have your own game forum, you can spam in that all you want though.
