Where does my time go?

I realized I spent hours just switching between the Pavilion and Facebook, hoping that something is updated in the last 3 minutes. Anyone else have this problem?

I get very depressed when I see "sorry, no new material matches your query" or whatever the prompt is when there's no new replies.

I don't have the facebook problem, but if I'm bored at work I'll do it at the pavilion or si.com waiting for something new. I don't go to facebook since they decided to inform me of every single detail of what my friends do online. It's just not improtant to me that Czechs joined 8 groups today.
